Jason grew up working on a cattle farm and stockyard in southern Missouri, where he cut his teeth in the agriculture industry from an early age. He later earned his MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas, which helped shape his career in logistics and supply chain operations.
Prior to founding Pro Chill, Jason served as Associate Vice President at Suspended Fresh, where he played a key role in establishing standard operating procedures and overseeing the company’s global distribution footprint. In current and previous roles, he has managed fresh meats operations for the world’s largest producers, food service, and retail outlets, including Sam’s Club, Walmart, Tyson, Cargill, ALDI, Colorado Premium, JBS, Butterball, Albertsons, Kroger, Topco, PFG, Buckhead, and many more.
Jason is SQF (Safe Quality Food) certified by the National Science Foundation (NSF), demonstrating his expertise in food safety and quality management. His extensive experience in fresh meats preservation, cold chain logistics, and supply chain optimization enables him to drive innovation and efficiency in the fresh meat logistics industry.
Beyond his professional work, Jason is an active volunteer with OORC (Ozark Off-Road Cyclists) and NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association), where he serves as a coach, helping to develop the next generation of youth cyclists.
